Bloody brilliant
I stumbled upon Gary & Eddie on their previous podcast as I was finding my feet in the running world around 12 months ago. After a brief hiatus I was really pleased to see them back with their new show and their old humour, insight and general positive spin on ultra running. So many brilliant guests from a variety of backgrounds, even teaching me a little about the menopause which I happily imparted on my long suffering wife (although she is a nurse of 20 and looked at me like I was daft) They give insight into all elements of Running Ultras from eating and hydration to rest and recovery and I’m pleased to say they have inspired me to keep trying more ‘races’ From my first 50k in October to Ring of Fire next week and several more in between - completed in part to the confidence given by these pair of diamonds!! Keep up the brilliant work!

Have recently discovered this podcast and it’s now one of my favourites. Fantastic guests and so many useful tips on here. Makes me feel very inspired to take on the next race.
