In this episode, recorded on International Women's Day (IWD), we discuss the underrepresentation of women in the tech community. Throughout the year, we highlight the problem solvers, tell the stories that don’t get told, and elevate those who are driving change in their field. At the same time, and particularly on IWD, we advocate for EU policies that seek to address the gender gaps in pay and representation, and in this episode, we explain and highlight some of those policies.
