Temple Beth Am Elul Series Cheahbom Nefesh & Anavs with Rabbis Richard Camaras and Rebecca Schatz
This was a compelling and meaningful lesson in how to put others first even when our instinct may be to tune them out or put them off. We know humility requires us to refrain from bragging and display modesty. But Rabbi Camras taught about Anava as a way to hear the needs of others and to try and respond in recognition of those needs. Very significant lesson that is having a direct impact on me. Thank you!

This lovely podcast connects insights about the Parsha with familiar parenting experiences. Designed for busy parents (it’s a short episode!) it’s perfect for parents who want to bring a little Torah to their parenting life.
