Holy F@&$ I already love this podcast.
Ok, so I was searching for the Japanese band ‘Number Girl’ on iTunes since I’m a huge fan of the group, but instead I stumbled upon this podcast. I haven’t even listened to the episode yet but the mere fact that anyone is talking about this amazing band, let alone doing a whole podcast episode on it deserves all my stars! I seriously have goosebumps right now as I’m listening to the episode, I’ve been a fan of the band for 15 years, own most of their albums and all of their music books and I’ve never even met anyone who has ever heard of them (besides fan forums). Cheers for covering such an incredible band and I’m also loving the other artists you’ve chosen to cover, I’ll be listening! Zazen Boys next?...

I love this. There’s so many records I mean to listen to or revisit, but never do, because it’s easy just to stick with your faves. Temporary Fandoms is an excellent way to school yourself in all the records you wished you’d listened to from start to finish for better or worse.

Having always been obsessed with thanklessly wading through the less-frequented corners of artists’ back catalogues, this podcast greatly appeals!

The Neutral Milk Hotel episode has me completely hooked. Fresh, endearing takes on something that’s already been discussed endlessly, which ain’t easy. Tackling entire discographies as often as you’ve done....I just can’t imagine. Respect.
