“I have been a mother for 11.5 years now. I have four children. I have never been able to align who I have become as a mother with how I knew Jesus Christ could transform motherhood.
I have become someone sorely deficient in patience, grace, gentleness and kindness. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my babies! But my flesh has defined my mothering, not just gotten in the way of my mothering occasionally.
Through listening to these podcasts, I have been refreshed and encouraged. I am able to actually process HOW I can serve and love my family and HOW I can parent from a supernatural exchange of Christ living IN me. These podcasts are water to my weary soul. Thanks to the Holy Spirit and God’s loving-kindness, I have been led to the cross. I have been called to repentance. I am placing my selfishness, my anger and my inadequacy before the Lord. I am surrendering to His sufficient grace where I have failed. And, as a result of being refreshed and renewed, I am reenergized to make big changes in my life with ordinary things. I hope I can love my family much more differently, and I pray they see the changes.
Thank you SO MUCH for the sound biblical teaching, the kind and empathetic call to repentance and the gentle and practical encouragement found in these podcasts. I am forever grateful. Blessings to you! I cannot wait for more!
