“I am a new host who recently launched at the end of 2019. I have been devouring any advice I can from other hosts and am SO happy that I found this podcast. I am not sure where I did but I honestly think it was the Airbnb gods that sent it. Annette and Sarah give honest and direct advice how about how to succeed and make your short term rental a success in this ever competitive market. My husband and I got into Airbnb because we were excited to share our city. I LOVE their motto “Hosting with Heart.” I am almost compete with my binge of ALL episodes but I would say if you are a new host, the first few on how to start are a great place. I also loved the interview with the founder of Tidy Hosts and Properly. Thank you Annette and Sarah!!!”
