It's episode 85.) We talk a lot about emotions and emotional healing as Kristin shares about her approach to working with her emotional authority. She also walks us through the idea of a secondary authority and how that influenced her ability to connect with and work with her emotional authority. This was such a fun episode, and Kristin shares so much insight into the workings of the Solar Plexus and her own experiences with it.
