“I went looking for a chapter by chapter Lord of the Rings podcast, and was delighted to find “That’s What I’m Tolkien About”. The pun alone drew me in. I love that Mary Clay is also reading the books for the first time while discussing them in a more casual and digestible way. I listen to this while I work. Her outlandish predictions crack me up, and I love how much she dislikes Sam (even though I don’t). Love that it is an LOTR podcast hosted by a woman, and that MC isn’t afraid to call out the misrepresentation of Women in this series, while still keeping it fun. Keep Tolkien it up, girl!”
