Well done…for the most part
I truly appreciate the reporting, the calling out of anybody that sexually abuses, sexually assaults or treats women the way this man has. The women that share their stories with us are brave and deserve all of our respect. Putting yourself and family in line of it all must have been (and probably still) frightening. I hope to shed some more light on episode four, the history of recovery and specifically Alcoholics Anonymous, I’ve been sober for over 20 years, I am a very strong, independent woman and my history includes trauma and sexual abuse….and yet worked for me. It was disheartening to hear the individuals who bashed AA and spoke poorly of it. I’m not saying AA is for everyone. But it has helped a lot of people, me and other women included.

The info in this podcast isn’t news to anyone in the treatment or behavioral health fields, but it’s probably shocking to those who are not. Treatment is a racket. This podcast is only a drop in the bucket. Please listen & share widely, it’s important!

A story of vulnerable women being taken advantage of with no repercussions. Thoughtful and well told. Also a story of hope and rebirth.
