Consistently Enjoyable
Watching a show about video games is only going to be as (subjectively) interesting as your interest in the games shown in that episode, right? Up to a point: The 1UP Show has managed make enjoyable (or amusing or interesting or a mixture thereof) segments out of games I find boring themselves. I even watched a segment on (shudder) an American Football game (not only am I British, well Scottish if you want to take pedantry and politics into account, and I hate all sport).

This is the only podcast that I watch weekly and I recomend it to anyone who is even a little interested in games. While the office stories aren't always the most interesting, they make great fillers for all of the info you get on the lastest games!
