“I love this podcast except when Siraj is on. He doesn’t seem to do any research, doesn’t seem to know what he’s talking about (doesn’t understand how tariffs work, separation of powers, how congressional investigations are different from criminal prosecutions - all from one episode) and takes positions based on misinformation he’s picked up from who knows where that your average 4th grader should be able to spot. I’m not sure if it’s laziness/failure to think through the issues or prep in advance or if he’s just not that smart, but the podcast is better when he’s not on.”
