Description
This week we go back in time with former West Coast and Collingwood forward Lee Walker. Lee reminisces about his career, reflects on some of his favourite moments and people in the game.
Lee, a Western Australian football product, began his AFL journey with the West Coast Eagles in 1993. He spent two seasons at the Eagles without playing a senior game, before moving to Victoria and lining up with the Collingwood Football Club. Lee spent three seasons at Victoria Park, playing a total of 16 games and kicking 13 goals.
In this episode, Lee talks about joining West Coast during their successful 90's period, how and why he went to Collingwood, the feeling of finally making his senior debut, being a part of the inaugural ANZAC Day clash and the knee injuries that shortened his career.
