This week we go back in time with former Richmond and Fitzroy full-forward Jeff Hogg. Jeff reminisces about his career, reflects on some of his favourite moments and people in the game.
Jeff, a graduate from the Richmond U19 system, made his senior debut with the Tigers in 1986. He spent 8 seasons at Punt Road, playing 144 games, kicking 306 goals and winning 5 club goal-kicking awards. At the end of the 1993 season, he was tradedĀ to Fitzroy in a complicated trade, he played a furtherĀ 40 games and kicked 41 goals before retiring at the end of 1996.
In this episode, Jeff talks about his early years at the Tigers, Michael Roaches influence on his forward craft, his 10 goal haul against Collingwood in 1991, captaining Richmond, getting traded to Fitzroy and the Lions last season in the AFL.
