This week we go back in time with former Footscray defender Matthew Croft. Matthew reminisces about his career, reflects on some of his favourite moments and people in the game.
Matthew, a Country Victorian football product, was selected by the Footscray Football Club with selection two in the 1989 VFL National Draft. Matthew who made his debut with the Bulldogs in 1991, played 186 games in the red,blue and white during his 14 year career at the Western Oval.
In this episode, Matthew talks about his draft year, the Preliminary Finals of 97 and 98, playing on the star forwards, his tough final year in the VFL and playing at the Western Oval.
