This week we go back in time with former South Melbourne and Collingwood defender Shane Morwood. Shane reminisces about his career, reflects on some of his favourite moments and people in the game. Shane first began his VFL/AFL career with South Melbourne in the early 1980's. He spent two seasons playing with the club, playing 17 games before transferring to Collingwood. Shane spent 11 seasons in the black and white, playing 195 games, including the famous 1990 AFL Grand Final. In this episode, Shane talks about playing alongside his two brothers at South Melbourne, the reasons why he joined Collingwood, the 1990 premiership win, some of his toughest opposition and State of Origin Football.
