This week we go back in time with premiership Hawthorn defender Andy Collins. Andy reminisces about his career, reflects on some of his favorite moments and people in the game. Andrew, a mature age recruit from Sandringham, made his way to the Hawthorn Football Club for the 1987 season. A ready-made defender, Andrew spent 10 seasons in the brown and gold, accumulating 212 games, which featured premierships in 1988, 1989 and 1991. In this episode, Andrew talks about his journey to Hawthorn, playing in four Grand Finals including three flags, the brotherhood he created amongst team-mates, 1996 season which featured the merger talks and his long association with coaching and football development.
