Description
This week we go back in time with West Coast Eagle premiership player Chris Waterman. Chris reminisces about his career, reflects on some of his favorite moments and people in the game. Chris, an East Fremantle football product, joined the West Coast Eagles in 1988, their second season in the VFL. He debuted that season and was a permanent fixture in the Eagles defense for the next 11 seasons, playing 177 games, including the 1992 and 1994 premiership victories. In this chat, Chris talks about the Eagles early years in the national competition, realising the high and low of Grand Final Day, being a part of a connected back six and coaching in the AFL system.
