A MUST LISTEN FOR AN ACL ATHLETE
After getting the news that I had a completely torn acl, small meniscus tear, and a stretched ALL, I was very overwhelmed and dazed by all the surgery details which was had to take it even though my doctors were great in explaining everything. After listening to several episodes of the ACL athlete podcast I was confident in my choices to proceed with surgery and I felt at ease, and very well informed. This has guided me to a great physical therapist and the podcast is engaging and understandable. Ravi, if you read this, thank you so much you have no idea the influence and help this had on me.

Anyone going through ACL recovery can use some external resources. This podcast has been wonderful - great content, topics that still hit home years post op, you feel like someone out there has empathy! Ravi went through a couple ACL surgeries himself.
