This podcast is confusing. It’s helpful to deprogram from most 12 step models, but it’s also not particularly science based (although not for a lack of quoting “statistics”). After a few episodes it just comes off as needing to be right in a field that is full of grey area. They are just as rigid as AA in their ideologies. I was incredibly intrigued at first, but it’s become a let down of tropes.
