Push yourself to talk to people and build relationships. Mental health matters hugely. Protect yourself by switching off at the end of the day and giving yourself space to relax and think. If family members lend you money pay them the same interest you would anyone else. When you do, they will lend to you again. Buy below market value with enough head space so that the person you sell to can make a profit too. John shares a highly innovative, legal way to deal with tenants who can´t pay the rent.
