Great podcast!!
Proud member of the alarmy here:) Heard this mentioned once on another podcast( office ladies?) but I’m so glad I found it. I’m years behind (only in 2021) but it’s amazing!! I love the takes and deep dives into sources for each case it’s amazing the amount of effort and research goes in and the comedy moments keep it light but with respect to the real tragedies being covered. Definitely a great way to get a little bit of history and some cautionary tales on long drives or doing chores around the house! I absolutely love Rebecca, Chris, Amanda, Clayton, and all the guests and the addition of guest experts has elevated the podcast that much more:) recommedations for tragedies: real: Boston marathon bombing (I was in the city on the day/from the area at 10 yo it was a pretty intense event to go through) fake: hunger games (themselves or the first book/movie)

Yikes, combine cheerful ignorance with minimal Wikipedia research and you get this pleasant podcast. This is a fun history podcast with a unique spin. The music and mixing got my attention right away. While this might not be a show for a strict historian, it’s an interesting listen for a twist on past events. The host owns her quirks which makes for an entertaining and unique show.
