Food for thought
I just listened to Desiree’s interview with Dr Tim Spector. Loved learning more about the microbiome and how we are all different as far as our metabolic responses to food . Try several breakfasts see how you feel after each one….do you have a sugar crash and fatigue etc. I like how this is again about being mindful of what we eat. More plants and fibre will help☺️.
