The Telegraph alleged Hezbollah was storing weapons at Beirut's main airport, leading the Lebanese government to defend procedures on Monday. Palestinian factions said that planned reconciliation talks in China have been delayed, with both Hamas and Fatah blaming each other for the hold up. French President Emmanuel Macron and King Abdullah II of Jordan Monday called on Israel to lift all land-based "restrictions" on the delivery of aid Gaza.
