“I am so glad to have come across this podcast! I have listened to every single episode and I never get tired of hearing Brad and Grayson talk about their deals and introduce PE/REPE specific topics in simple ways with great examples. It’s fascinating to feel like a fly on the wall hearing the conversations of these highly intelligent, educated and accomplished young guys. They offer a wealth of knowledge in a humble and humorous way. As a young fresh grad, it’s inspiring to hear about their personal career development and by increasing transparency into what working in PE/REPE is like they give you confidence to do these deals and break into PE/REPE on your own. Not to mention their sarcasm makes me laugh out loud and makes the podcast that much more interesting and enjoyable. They’re quick and witty and bounce off each other perfectly. Lastly, as a female listener I appreciate that they are always inclusive by saying “guys/girls”, “husband/wife”, etc. given that the PE/REPE world is mostly male dominated. Thanks for all the insight guys!”
