Informative
it’s well thought out and well presented. i really enjoy the history behind it and it’s definitely interesting. but there’s some sort of anti-government/libertarian/anarchist bias. falling in line with austrian economic thought isn’t a good look, particularly if you believe that numbers/mathematics matter in economics (they do). still, that’s just my opinion and i’d encourage everyone to listen because it’s good. but do your own research and arrive at your own conclusions, whether they’re in line with the presenter’s or not.

More reviews of The American History Podcast
Just found this and am very pleased to find an original voice who provides somewhat of a counter to the overwhelming bias which normally permeates historians - especially within the context of US history. It is still early days but ten episodes in I’m enjoying myself immensely!

This podcast is great! Tons of great info that you don't normally learn from traditional education. I listen to this while work out. Two muscles worked out at once!Read full review »

I love how well researched and worded this podcast is, it’s a great balance of academic tone and depth while remaining accessible to all levels of knowledge. Would totally recommend giving it a listen.
