TOPIK Exam Tips, Writing Korean Essays, and Overcoming Language Learning Plateaus with Simon Cho | RMNL Podcast #33
Listen now
Description
Simon Cho is a native Korean who is recently taking his MBA in the Ateneo de Manila University. He spent a significant number of his youthful years in the Philippines while also having studied and worked in Canada, South Korea, and the US. While he already speaks English and Korean so fluently, he is also learning Mandarin (now at an advanced level) and is quite interested in improving his Tagalog. In this episode, Simon shared some tips on how to do well in the Test of Proficiency in Korean (T stands for Test in TOPIK so TOPIK Exam sounds a bit redundant then LOL). He also shared how he thinks everyone could write better Korean essays and how to overcome language learning plateaus. There's quite a number of language learning tips spread out through the interview so pick them up and see what works for you best. Simon also teaches Korean so if you're interested to learn by having him as a tutor, feel free to reach out to us and we'll get you connected to him.
