Saviour!!
I’ve suffered from GAD for years. Medication and CBT therapy, but I wanted to reach out for that next step and help myself more, this podcast has literally complimented my CBT also, and helped me to understand. It’s definitely a help when you are getting over that hump, and keeps you getting over the hump. I’m not alone in this, and all the advice and techniques and understanding myself and reaching back out for my path and my hobbies what I love and taking care of myself instead of constantly worrying of the day ahead or the next ten years. Understanding my behaviour cycle and taking time out for myself. I listen to this podcast when I go for a jog down a quiet lane and it goes perfectly together and boosts alternative and more positive thoughts and behaviours. Thank you so much for this podcast.
