“I get bored easily during podcasts. Pretty much every time I put one on my mind wanders and I end up distracted and needing to do a 2nd listen. NOT WITH THIS ONE!
Firstly; hello, LUCIFER! So of course this is going to be good. Listening back over these early episodes and hearing Vero & Lina forensically pick apart Chloe and Luci’s relationship makes me feel like I’m not the only person who gets deeply invested in these shows.
Just when you think you know the show Lina throws in a curve-ball and gives you myth and legend to tie-in which just makes my obsession worse quite frankly. I love it.
The banter between the presenters and their shared love of the show comes through in a way that doesn’t make you feel weird. If you aren’t really “into” fandoms and like to avoid the intensity that accompanies die hard fans then I get that, but actually you should definitely still give this a listen. The presenters don’t alienate the listener and if you have never watched the show or are just starting to then this is a perfect jumping off board for you.
If you are already a fan; sitting there in your Maze cosplay and shouting at stan Twitter then it’s a no-brainer, you have to listen. I don’t make the rules.”
