#126: Mental Health Month: Lindsey Ferris
Listen now
Description
This month is Mental Health Month and we are revisiting conversations with mental health advocates to raise awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding mental wellness. In this episode, we are revisiting our discussion with Mental Health Advocate, founder/owner of FerrisBuilt a product and apparel line that aims to bring more awareness to mental health and social issues.  We discuss the importance of advocacy, and what we can do to improve our own mental health, but also bringing awareness to the disparity of mental health offerings to those who do not have access. We also chat about how Meghan Markle brought her brand to the limelight with her RBG t-shirt purchase.  The original show notes for this episode can be found HERE.
