Life Changing!
Love this podcast. I didn’t realize how much clutter I had until I decided that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Wow! Overwhelming! Logically, I know what to do, but where do I start? How can I let go of “things”? Emotions! Then I discovered Amy’s podcast. Such a life saver. She helps break it down physically and more importantly emotionally! I have ups and downs in my decluttering process. During those “down” times, I binge on Amy’s older podcasts to re-motivate myself again. She finds ways that are simple enough that helps me feel that I CAN do this! Being a perfectionist, all or nothing type of person, I have learned to be accepting of what I DO accomplished even if it isn’t 100% done. That has been a major struggle for me. “If I can’t do it all, do it to perfection, then don’t do it until I can.” Not good! Nothing gets done. But The Art of Decluttering has helped me overcome that hurdle. (Repeatedly since I tend to fall back into old habits) I would recommend this podcast to: 1. Anyone who thinks he/she MIGHT be ready to start decluttering but need a good motivator. 2. Back sliders that just need an extra oomph to get back on track. 3. Anyone that is looking for more ideas to help declutter beyond what they are already doing. 4. Anyone that just needs to keep the momentum going. Keep up the great work, Amy & crew!!

These things have helped me so much, to declutter before moving house, and also to organise our new place better and be a MUCH less stressed Mumma. I would say we have let...Read full review »

Thank you for shining the light on neurodiversity in such a warm and compassionate manner. I have really enjoyed the ADHD series, so interesting and practical! The D for Disorder has such a negative connotation and needs to be dropped. It’s a neurotype, not a disorder

Fantastic! These podcasts are a great way of working through systems and visualising what needs to be cleared. I have just listened to the podcast on digital ’stuff’ and the ‘FOTO’. Luv it all… thanks so much. Karen
