“To me, Betsy is magic. There’s direction, there’s suggestions, there’s anecdotes and there’s hope.
She’s human and it’s so easy to see/feel that in each episode. So often, I’ll find myself being discouraged by someone who has achieved so much success telling me “...just do this...I did!” It doesn’t seem real.
Here, Betsy is on the journey with you and that makes it all the more believable for the change to happen within. Like we’re all on a hike together. There has to be a guide showing you the way. She’s that guide...walking the path just a few steps ahead.
