I’m not the only one
Before finding this podcast I felt like I was the only one that had low confidence in myself when speaking up. As a matter of fact I never spoke up in a large group, never asked questions in a large group and never ever advocated for myself. I had this mindset “I should just be lucky to have what I do have and never ask for anything in return”. My boyfriend that loves and cares about me so much showed me that I was wrong and it gave me a new way of thinking. I came across The Art Of Speaking Up my complete accident and I am so thrilled that I found it. It has given me the confidence to overcome some of the obstacles that I once had. I am still learning more and have a long road ahead, but I know one day I will achieve and overcome all my insecurities!
