Pop psychology and not always evidence based
There is some good stuff on here. But, and it’s a big but, some of it is not evidence based - the ADHD one was populist twaddle. In particular the comment, ‘if you think you have ADHD you probably do’. Some screening tests suggest rule in 85% of people who take it, most of whom don’t have ADHD. This is not a professional podcast and cannot be relied on for information. Get experts and do it properly.
