Just wish it were a bit more accessible...
I love this podcast. I just wish it were a bit more accessible to the non-expert. There is so much to learn, and Chris by all accounts would be a great teacher, but there is a “forest for the trees” phenomenon going on here that leaves me straining to find the practical advice in all of this sometimes. If astrology is to become more generally accepted and used, it has to, I believe, find a way to balance intellectual depth and rigor on one hand, and practical, relevant and, most importantly, problem solving advice on the other. Maybe Chris just needs to do another podcast. Or mentor someone to do what he doesn’t have time for. I also want to support Chris financially in his work, but wished he had a way to target public support to the podcasts a person find most helpful or compelling in her or his life. This would also help Chris figure out which are his popular (for the “masses like me”) shows. And which he is doing more to further the intellectual discipline and coherence of all things astrological. Overall, however, the world is a better place with Chris’s voice in it. And I in no way want to detract from the tremendous work he has done. Just that, I think, he and his friends (Eugenia, Adam, etc.), have helped start a movement that can go very far.

More reviews of The Astrology Podcast
Chris has been such a smart and dependable teacher to me via this podcast, which is a one-part conversational two-parts scholarly consideration of astrological principles as well as history, with about as much current events/practical use of astrology content. I am more than content!

The best astrology podcast I have listened to, and the only podcast that I listen to regularly.

High level discussion of the major issues and implications that result from astrology by a well-read astrologer and his guests. Very good way to learn more about the field.
