“If this were solely a review of The Roundtable, I’d go five stars- baseball podcasts are typically stat-heavy, velo-obsessed rubbish. Grant, Andy, and Mark buck the trend. Keep it up!
Some good stuff on the other podcasts though. Doug Glanville is insanely good and balences out Jayson Starks’ slightly embarrasing yet endearing uncle act. I always thought Kenny Rosenthal was just a tv stiff but he’s actually an engaging listen. Not so hot on the shows with Eno Sarris and the sleepy bro dude, but I listen for some reason. Maybe it’s Sarris’ maniacal laughter.
The audio quality is great across the board and beats ESPN’s “iphone in a bathroom” aesthetic by a mile.”
