The podcasts are usually under 20 minutes in length which means you always have the time to listen. There are podcasts I like, but at an hour and a half, I simply don’t have the time to listen.
Even better, this is a daily podcast. It’s a great way to start every day to lighten my mood and appreciate the world around me.”
