“Listener Beware: these guys, though ardent in their faith, teach semi-Pelagianism. They misinterpret (not maliciously) passages to fit their views (e.g. Psalm 51:5) that come from Alexander Campbell and company in the 1800s (don’t let them say early church practice this is not true, read Augustine’s Confessions for true views of early church). Augustine answered these guys objections 1500 years ago. To this, they may reply well only the first century. Again, this is incorrect. Read Clement of Rome or other church fathers who knew the apostles. These guys aren’t teaching the 1st century faith. Or a wholly biblical faith. They are teaching 1800s frontier and flawed theology. Thankfully, God is good, and he saves Christians even without perfect knowledge in their faith (none of us have perfect knowledge see thief on the cross), but these guys teach some stuff that will keep people up at night instead of resting in the freely given grace of Christ that cannot be taken away, nor earned, nor lost, nor turned away from, AMEN!”
