In this episode, Marc describes how he became a mindfulness trainer and life coach and then went on to explore his true nature more deeply, initially with Jan Geurtz, a non-dual teacher specializing in love and relationships, and later with Rupert Spira and Francis Lucille. During the Covid pandemic he went deeply into what he really knew for himself. Understanding the non-dual teaching is a starting-point, but it takes courage to really live as consciousness, with no ground beneath your feet. Marc has a serious and incurable medical condition called ‘restless legs syndrome’ which causes chronic lack of sleep. He explains how living in not-knowing, giving up trying to be the controller, and allowing life to unfold spontaneously provides the greatest relief. Jenny and Marc discuss how to provide a bridge from the duality of conventional mindfulness to effortless non-duality.
