Why won’t my baby sleep until 10 pm?

Description
Today I try to help a friend of mine who can’t seem to put her baby to bed earlier than 10 pm. It started just a few weeks ago and she is frustrated to lose her free evenings, and also worried that her baby might not get enough sleep, because he wakes up at the same time as always. Is it really a problem? What can she do? If you would like to comment on this episode or if you would like to discuss it with me or with other listeners, go to my blog!
