The trick to making a gluten free dessert is find a recipe that has been adapted to be gluten free (they can be hit and miss), but to find desserts that are gluten free from creation. To celebrate the upcoming Cinco De Mayo holiday, the sisters are making tortillas. Through experimentation and research, Taunya found that the best tortillas are made with butter!
