I believe that we were all born intuitive eaters and we can all heal our relationship with food for the better. You can work towards having a better relationship with food and with your body, so that you can truly feel more at peace and live the life that you want. I truly believe that, BUT sometimes food freedom doesn't work.  So, today I want us to talk about the reasons why food freedom may not be working for you, and then we can talk about some things we can do a bit differently so it CAN work for you.
