Her content is great. It helps you to reform your perceptions of food and diet culture and gives you an (extremely) well-supported framework and instruction on how to gain control and comfort over your relationship w food. A must for anyone feeling like they are stuck, have no control or suffer from unhealthy patterns and personal points of view about eating.
