Great episode!
I really enjoyed listening to this episode and how it highlighted many different aspects of recovery for athletes. I liked the part about sleep and how each athlete has their own approach to how they are going to get quality sleep. Studies can be done on them in order to offer each athlete with helpful sleep advice but it really is about them finding their approach for quality long term sleep with the help of that advice.
