Identity: How Would You Answer the Question, “Who Am I?”
Listen now
Description
In this episode, we explore the topic of identity and attempt to answer the question, “Who am I?” This seems to be a question many find challenging to answer. Knowing one’s identity is an area of much confusion today. We hope that if you are not clear about your own identity, after listening to this episode it might become clearer. Our identity (who we think we are) is the driving force behind our thoughts, words, and actions and determines why we do what we do. During our discussion, we work through four steps that can help you recognize and rebuild your identity. The book referenced in this episode is titled, “Exposing the Rejection Mindset: Experience Love, Know Who You Are, and Empower Your Relationships”, by Mark DeJesus. Do you have a topic that you would like us to discuss on a future episode? If so, let us know by sending an email to [email protected]. You can also find us on Instagram at un.believer_inbetweener.
