With dogs found stuffed in crates, living in their own shit and with one dog even being presented to a local vet with a broken pelvis after being forced to try mate with a larger breed dog, the ignorance of the judge in this case can only be described as astounding, proof that the justice system is a failure when it comes to the protection and welfare of animals.
