The National Testing Agency (NTA) is in the eye of a storm. The umbrella body that conducts 15 major exams is facing a big test itself. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has said the question paper leak of UG-NET - an exam that was cancelled - was an institutional failure.
