The most important “Fit” we can focus on
I am already a huge fan of this podcast after just finding out about this movement recently. In my practice, I prioritize facilitating optimal health for pregnant women (from fertility struggles to postpartum care) and infants. Everyone comes into this world through the body of their mom, so this is a vital resource. I’m eager to listen to more, and I’m also excited to point my patients In the direction of the many resources Birthfit provides. One conversation with a main staff member (Leah) informed me about the great compassion and support this awesome community provides for the moms and families out there. While I’m a chiropractor and know Lindsay is also one, this applies to any birthworker out there, or really any person who wants to know how to support or advocate for the health of a pregnant woman in your life. Listen in!
