I hope that I can be considered an adopted southerner as I’ve lived in southern Georgia for more than a decade. I’ve come to love the depth and layers of the south and the Bitter Southerner contributes to so much of what I love. I’m so excited about this podcast, to hear stories told in familiar accents. - Abide no hatred. Hug more necks.

This podcast is great. The narrator has a voice that lulls you in soft comfort as he reminds you that we didn’t always put our best (or moral) foot forward in our past.
