5 Stars Ain’t Enough
Nobody can explain the “gumbo” that is Southern culture like the fine folks at The Bitter Southerner. Whether it’s music, food, cocktails, or politics, everything in the American South seems to come with complicated history that requires celebrating its angels and staring down its demons with equal vigor. The Bitter Southerner tackles the “Duality Of The Southern Thing” with grace, humor, and an unwavering belief that The South should be better and CAN be better. This is one podcast I can not recommend enough.
