This week's podcast features a psychologist from across the pond. Recia Gomez completed a Masters in what the Americans call Industrial/Organizational Psychology but the Brits call it Occupational/Organisational/Business/Work Psychology (so many names here). Recia currently works for a consultancy that is based in New York specialising in creating selection assessments for those who work in law enforcement roles including the Police, all over the USA and internationally.
